  • Answers to any questions you have about your nutritional objectives.

  • Trace Elements Supplements consultation as suggested by your lab analysis, or other options you can get from your local health food store.

  • A discussion about any unique dietary concerns you might have. (IE vegetarian / vegan diets etc.)

  • Detoxification recommendations if required.

  • Nourishment recommendations if required.

  • 4 weeks of weekly support follow-ups available by email to make sure you get the most out of your phone session.
